We at Chase International are very aware of the fears and anxieties we are all feeling due to the current coronavirus concerns. The events of the last few weeks are affecting each of us in a very personal way.

We are and have always been especially committed to the health and safety of both our clients and our employees and strictly adhere to guidelines put forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local agencies. 

Please know that your safety is very important to us.

Our proactive actions to continue serving and protecting our agents and clients

  • We are keeping our offices open for essential work which includes processing transactions and necessary scanning and printing.
  • We are confident in our numerous online technology resources which will enable us to work from home and continue serving our clients.  
  • For those people who feel they would like to work from home, we support their decision.
  • For those individuals who are not feeling well or who are taking care of children or older adults are encouraged to work remotely.
  • Our staff will be sanitizing doors, handles, conference rooms, copiers, and resource room surfaces ever hour.
  • We will be holding our meetings and training events via Zoom meetings.

Suggested best practices for listings

  • Have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available at your listings for property showings.
  • We recommend that you postpone Open Houses for the next 10 days.
  • Regularly use disinfectant wipes to clean door knobs and other surfaces when showing your property.
  • Communicate that instead of shaking hands we can practice Namaste’, use the bump, or wave and nod to acknowledge each other.

Suggested best practices for buyers

  • Confirm with the buyers that they do not have any respiratory illness.
  • To encourage social distancing, have buyers drive their own vehicles when possible.
  • Provide hand sanitizer for use before they enter your car or any property.
  • When possible, use disinfectant wipes on lockboxes, front doors and other surfaces that you or your clients touch.

Suggested best practices for taking care of yourself, your family and your clients

  • Please do not interact with others if you or a member of your family have any indication of respiratory illness.
  • When possible, exercise social distancing. The CDC recommends maintaining six (6) feet of distance between people if possible.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water regularly – for at least 20 seconds, vigorously rubbing all parts of your hands and fingers.
  • Use hand sanitizer when washing is not possible.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw the tissue away.
  • Regularly clean the surfaces of your phone, your keyboards, your desks, and your car.
  • Drink plenty of fluids, eat healthily and get plenty of sleep.
