Meditation is to engage in contemplation or reflection or the mental exercise (such as concentration on one's breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.

 

How you breathe, so you live.  How you live, so you breath.

Please join us in a daily practice of meditation.

 

Guided meditations are hosted daily from 8-8:15am and 4-4:15pm.
