Central Sparks is bounded by I-395 to the west, I-80 to the south, Sun Valley and Spanish Springs to the north and the Pah Rah mountain range to the east. Downtown Sparks, which is currently undergoing rapid redevelopment is included in this area.
Residents enjoy numerous neighborhood parks including Teglia's Paradise Park with its flocks of water fowl, multiple ponds, walkways and bridges to explore. As many houses are older and may need work, they can good investments for industrious buyers. Home prices start in the high $200,000s and go up to over $500,000, while condos start in the low $100,000s and typically top out in the low $300,000s.
