Located in Zephyr Cove, along the sunny eastern shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe, you'll find the peaceful neighborhoods of Zephyr Heights and Zephyr Knolls.

Zephyr Heights winds steeply up the mountain, with many homes in the neighborhood offering some of the best views of Lake Tahoe anywhere on the lake. Zephyr Knolls, intertwined with Zephyr Heights, steps all the way down the mountain to the lakeshore, with some homes near the water offering stunning views across Zephyr Cove all the way to Cave Rock.

The high school is located nearby, and a few minutes south past Round Hill, you'll find groceries, coffee, gas and most services needed for everyday life.
