Foothill-Genoa Area

The Foothill-Genoa area runs from Jack's Valley in the north down the west side of Highway 395 through Genoa to Muller Lane. Originally a Mormon settlement, Genoa is most famous for its annual Candy Dance and The Genoa Bar, the oldest in the state.

There are two golf courses with phenomenal views, several upscale neighborhoods and numerous historic ranches along this corridor. Hugging the base of the Sierra Nevada range in the shadow of Job's Peak, terrain ranges from dense pine forest to lush green meadows, dotted with natural springs.

Home prices range from $550,000 to well over $2 million.
